Latasha Martin is a devoted mother of two beautiful girls with a heart for God and a deep passion to serve. As Vice President of Precious Pearls Mentoring, she plays a key role in leadership while also mentoring our youngest group, the Mini Pearls. Latasha's nurturing spirit and unwavering faith make her a guiding light to everyone she encounters.
Therrion brings a heart to serve and a deep love for Christ to everything she does. With years of experience in childcare, she offers both knowledge and compassion to every child she encounters. As Secretary of Precious Pearls Mentoring and a devoted mentor to our Mini Pearls, Therrion plays a vital role in keeping the organization grounded and our youngest girls nurtured. She is also the proud mother of five children, which further fuels her passion for guiding and uplifting youth.
Shae serves as a dedicated mentor to our Radiant Pearls and as the Treasurer of Precious Pearls Mentoring. With years of experience creating safe, supportive environments for youth, coordinating leadership team meetings, and fostering strong relationships with school-site administrators, Shae brings both compassion and structure to the organization. Her commitment to helping girls grow and thrive inspires them to pursue their dreams and turn their goals into reality.
Ms. Bertie brings a heart full of love, wisdom, and grace to everything she does. As a devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, she pours years of life experience into every interaction with our girls. Whether she’s mentoring with Precious Pearls or serving in various ministries at her church, her presence is a reflection of God’s love in action. As Secretary of the Board and a dedicated mentor, Ms. Bertie plays a key role in helping guide and support our mission. In her free time, she delights in spending time with her grandchildren, where her joy and nurturing spirit continue to shine.
Raquel is a servant leader who loves God and brings joy wherever she goes. As the Chaplain of Precious Pearls Mentoring and a mentor to our Emerging Pearls, she offers spiritual guidance and heartfelt encouragement. A proud mother of six and happily married for 25 years, Raquel finds joy in creating beautiful things and believes in the power of laughter to uplift the soul. Her faith, creativity, and nurturing spirit make her a cherished presence in the lives of our girls.
